Domaine Grier Olympus

Premium Red Wine made of 80 years old vines. The name refers to the highest mountain peak in Europe and express  

Blend of Shiraz (75%) and Grenache (25%).

The wine is powerful and well-structure. 18 months in French oak barrels (60% new), Dark berry fruit dominates with abundant spice and a hint of licorice.

Ideal with game, steak, lamb, cassoulet, boeuf bourguignon, and mature cheeses.
