The 2016 vintage shows classic dark berry fruit with a hint of dark chocolate and violets on the nose. On the palate it is well balanced with rich, soft tannins. It can be enjoyed now but will keep for up to 10 years in good storage conditions.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet gets better every year.  We slowly replanted all our Cab vineyards after buying Villiera and they are now getting to a good age and are producing concentrated fruit. Classically styled with firm structure, dark berry fruit with hints of coffee and spice from a year in barrel.
